If you set up the IMAP mail account on your iPhone and all of your email folders do not populate automatically you will need to specify the IMAP path prefix as shown below.

Summary if IMAP prefix procedure:

Step 1. You can enter in the IMAP path prefix by going to Settings > Mail > Account > Advanced > IMAP Path Prefix.
Step 2. Enter the word “INBOX” (use all caps) and save the setting. Now, your folders should appear as subfolders in the Inbox.

10. Tap your account again.

11. Tap Advanced

12. Check that your sent and or deleted mail is going to the folder that you wish.

13. If you do not want your deleted mail going to the Deleted Messages folder, select Trash. This is not required but it may simplify things since your webmail at https://webmail.webhero.com uses Trash as the default trash folder. Your phone will want to use the Deleted Messages folder instead. If you do not see a Trash folder, no worries, the Trash folder auto populates when you log into https://webmail.webhero.com and delete a message.

14. Enter the word INBOX as the IMAP Path Prefix. This will allow your folders to sync with the mailserver. Tap Account to save your settings.
