POP3:
Server Name: mail.webhero.com
Non-SSL POP3 Port: 110
SSL POP3 Port: 995
SMTP:
Server Name: mail.webhero.com
Non-SSL SMTP Port: 25
SSL SMTP Port: 587
Encryption type: START/TLS
IMAP:
Server Name: imap.webhero.com
Non-SSL IMAP Port: 143
SSL IMAP Port: 993
USERNAME:
Your username will be your full email address (ie. jim@domain.com)
Some ISPs block the non-ssl port 25 to outside mail servers to help prevent spamming on their networks. We have setup to 2 other ports to give an alternative for ISP blocked SMTP ports. You can use port 2525 or 1025 if port 25 is not working.
