I Forgot My Hosting Account Password

What should I do?

1. Use the following forgot password link to have your login credentials emailed to the main email address associated with the account. >> Forgot Password
   
   
2. Once you have received your password via email we suggest that you reset your password promptly via the control panel using the instructions below.

To reset your hosting account password, please do the following: 

Login to your main account. https://secure.webhero.com/

 Select the Account option.

Under the Account menu option select to 'Change Password'

Complete the following steps to finalize the password change

1. Enter Current Password
2. Enter New Password
3. Confirm New Password
4. Click ‘Update Control Panel Password’ to Save Changes.

Please Note: if you have a Cpanel or Plesk hosting account this password will be managed on the Webhero WHMCS platform, you will need to use this link to reset your password instead:
