Cancel Services

Webhero is happy to have you as a customer, and we will do everything we can to keep you happy. However, we understand that there may be a time that you need to transfer your hosting elsewhere or need to shut it down completely.


To cancel services on your Webhero account, please use one of the following two methods:

Online: Log into your account via the Webhero control panel at https://secure.webhero.com/ and click on Billing then Subscriptions, then follow the "Cancel Subscriptions" link at the bottom of the page. Select the products you wish to cancel, and click the "Cancel Subscriptions" button at the bottom of the page.

Fax or Letter: If you do not wish to cancel your service online, you may send us signed fax or letter with proof of identification requesting cancellation. If you send a letter, please use the following address: Webhero, Inc. 7725 W. Reno Ave. Suite 313 Oklahoma City, OK 73127. Send faxes to 405-753-9353. In the fax or letter, be sure to include your domain name, your username and password, and the services you wish to cancel. 


Please note that cancellation requests must be received at least 15 days prior to the renewal date for your products to avoid renewal charges. We cannot provide refunds for products that are cancelled after the renewal has been charged to your account.



Domain Transfer Note: If you transfer your domain away from Webhero the domain subscription will automatically be cancelled but you need to cancel any other services related to the domain via one of the aforementioned methods to avoid those products renewing.
