If you have upgraded to the Webhero SpamShark service (powered by SpamTitan) you'll be able to manage email policies, quarantine, email and domain block/allow lists and more. You can access this service using the information below:
- Navigate to https://spamshark.webhero.com
- If this is your first time using SpamShark then you'll need to reset your password by clicking the "Forgot your password?" link.
- Type in the email address that you want to manage and click on Send. Then click on Back to return to the login screen.
- You’ll get an email with the SpamTitan Anti-Spam appliance password.
- You can now log into the SpamTitan with your email address and the password you received.
SpamTitan will now start getting the Quarantined files and showing them on this account. Go through them and find those that haven’t been correctly flagged. You can also manage your block lists and allow lists through this interface.
If you find a message listed in the quarantine that is a legitimate message you need, you can put a check to the left of it and then click the "Allow" button. That will release the message for delivery to your inbox and also allow that sender straight through in the future.
If you'd like to change the password used for accessing the SpamShark console, go to the "Settings" tab in the upper-left.
